These providers process data strictly to deliver the service. They do not use your data to train their public AI models.

AI is used strictly to improve service delivery in a safe, controlled, and compliant way.
4. How Your Data Flows
When you submit information through our website or through Solly, your data follows this path:
- Your information is received by our secure website (digisolly.com), hosted on WordPress
- It is securely transmitted to our DigiSolly HQ system, hosted on Google Cloud (us-central1)
- Lead and conversation data is stored in our private, access-controlled database — accessible only to DigiSolly staff
- Our team is notified of your enquiry so we can follow up promptly
No data is transmitted to or stored in any unsecured or third-party marketing database without your consent.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for the following periods:
- Lead information (name, phone, email, inquiry topic) — retained for up to 12 months or for the duration of our client relationship
- Chat and voice conversation logs — retained for up to 14 days for quality and service purposes, then archived or deleted
- System and activity logs — retained for up to 30 days, then archived
- Client project data — retained for the duration of the service agreement plus 12 months
